Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Please give your therapist at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel a scheduled massage, otherwise:
- Less than 4 hours cancellation notice: full price of massage required (please mail check).
- Between 4 and 12 hours cancellation notice: ½ the price of a massage required (please mail check).
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (that has not been cancelled) will result in an automatic bill for the full price of the scheduled massage.
- Lost appointments do cost therapists real dollars as we juggle very complex client schedules and advanced requests for appointments. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our strictly enforced policy.
