LifeStyle Fitness Center is a newly renovated fitness center / gym (formerly Perky's Health Spa) located in downtown Keyser, WV just adjacent to the Potomac State College Campus (of West Virginia University). LifeStyle Fitness Center has the following amenities: Therapists are free to use the facilities at any time. LifeStyle Fitness is located in downtown Keyser with ample places to eat, shop & have coffee when you don't have clients.

The way rent works at LifeStyle Fitness Center is simple:
Shifts have been created so that each therapist working at LifeStyle Fitness can be "on call" during designated times.
17 shifts exist per week and we will divide those rented shifts between the therapists based on their availability. Each shift may or may not be available as a first choice -- first come, first served, but shift sharing between 2 therapists is okay as well:

Each weekly shift affords you 16 - 20 hours per month of a prime time, big name health club venue for you to practice your massage with nearly everything supplied needed for your business:

Rents by shift work like this:

Option 1: We form a business alliance of 3 to 4 total therapists each contributing $100 per month towards rent / supplies / marketing and the 3 or 4 of us divide up or share the shifts described above.

 What is included in your rent at LifeStyle Fitness Center:
Professional massage table with bolster and rolling stool are supplied in a furnished room -- sheets / crèmes / oils are your responsibility. Futher, a portable massage chair and FREE MASSAGE DEMO banner is available at the gym for free 5-minute chair massage promotions. This is a great way to market yourself and to meet gym members who may later (or even immediately) request a massage session.
There are no utilities or maintenance fees and you choose the shifts that you wish to work.
Big name health club, well known massage therapy business, lots of free marketing.
We do charge $50/hr., $25/ ½-hr, and $75 per 1 ½-hr as advertised everywhere for basic Swedish massage. You may charge premiums for specialty massages such as Hot Stone, Thai, and other more rigorous modalities as long as clients are made aware of additioal costs.

You can work by appointment only or you can hang out and promote yourself. Clients who receive massage have access to the locker room / shower, use of the hot-tub and heated pool as well as the sauna and steam-room. Huge perks for receiving an Affordable Massage.
